In honor of my father, David Armstrong, I have created these sweatshirts to bring more awareness to mental health, and the ways it can impact your life. My father was a warrior of mental health, and it is something that I admired. If there is anything I could do following his passing, it would be to enlighten the negative outlook, on the societal standards of mental health. Even more, if he had taught me one thing, it would be that mental health and it’s consequences, will never define you.
